Cross Care Counselling
At Cross Care Counselling, our vision is to create an inclusive, creative space where clients and families feel empowered and supported. We aim to transform counselling into an engaging, holistic experience that promotes mental health and wellbeing.
Our services support people experiencing mild anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or life transitions, as well as those seeking greater well-being or self-understanding. We welcome NDIS participants, their families, and the disability support community. For those who prefer, we also offer creative arts therapy and outdoor therapy as an alternative to traditional talk therapy.
Through artistic expression and interactive therapies, we inspire resilience, independence, and personal growth, setting a new standard in counselling and disability support.

Cosette is a warm and compassionate counsellor who aims to empower individuals to explore their emotions, strengthen their mind-body connection and develop strategies for positive change. She is committed to walking alongside you on your unique journey toward wellbeing and will collaboratively create a counselling plan suited to your needs.
In her time as a support worker for the last two years, she has worked with various individuals with psychosocial disabilities and mental health presentations in supporting them with daily living and achieving goals. This background, alongside personal experience with a family member with a disability informs Cosette’s genuine and understanding approach working with NDIS participants, their families and those involved in the disability support sector.
She also works with individuals embarking on a mental health journey, wanting to invest in personal growth or improve their quality of life.
Outside of counselling, Cosette values spending time in the bush and ocean. She prioritises finding stillness, presence and living a simple, sustainable life. Cosette is a florist by trade and is passionate about sharing the power of creative expression and spending time in the ultimate teacher, nature as a way of connecting back to ourselves, our purpose and healing.
