Registered member: AHPRA
Katie is a highly experienced and deeply passionate occupational therapist with over 20 years in the field, including the past 5 years dedicated to supporting participants through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and has worked across major Sydney hospitals, community services, and home-based support settings.
Katie’s expertise shines in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disabilities (ID). She also has extensive experience supporting clients with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), psychosis, and bipolar disorder. Her approach blends strong clinical knowledge with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges her clients may face.
But there's more to Katie than her professional superpowers. She’s a mum to four young and very energetic kids, which means her weekends are often spent sideline-cheering at sports events, ferrying little athletes to games, and probably hunting for missing soccer socks. Katie is known for her warm smile, great sense of humour, and ability to juggle a million things without breaking a sweat (well, maybe just a little!).
With a down-to-earth attitude and a big heart, Katie is all about empowering others to live life to the fullest—whatever that looks like for them.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) (Honours) – 2018
Supervised by: Registered Occupational Therapist at Cross Care Support
Chloe brings extensive experience and a strong educational background to her role as an Allied Health Assistant. Since earning her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) (Honours) in 2018, she spent over five years as a classroom teacher, gaining valuable insights into child development, learning styles, and personalised support. These skills now guide her work delivering therapy under the supervision of our occupational therapist.
Chloe joins the initial consultation with our therapist, supports collaborative goal setting, and helps develop session plans. She then leads engaging, purposeful therapy sessions, staying in regular contact with the supervising OT to monitor progress and keep sessions focused.
Chloe is passionate about creating supportive spaces where children build confidence, independence, and real-world skills. Her natural ability to connect with young people and knowledge of the education system makes her a valuable bridge between home, school, and therapy.
Outside of work, Chloe is kept on her toes by her fun-loving sidekick, Ernie - the world's friendliest (and possibly cheekiest) Doberman. Whether he's lounging around or stealing socks when no one's looking, Ernie always adds a touch of mischief and joy to Chloe's day.
Chloe’s calm, positive approach and deep care for the children and families she works with make her an incredibly warm and trusted presence within the Cross Care Support team.
